Dave Dalpe Co-founded Victory Heating & Air Conditioning Co in 1992 - he was the Company's Inspiration. Dedicated his life to helping others with his kind words, quick wit and generosity. He was the cheerleader of the company, as kind a man as you could find with a contagious laugh and warm smile. His presence always gave comfort and peace to those around him. Though he is dearly missed, his memory shall live on in our hearts. In November of 2017, after 4 plus years, Dave lost his battle with ALS. Even though Dave lost his battle to ALS, we continue to rally around Dave as a Company to help find a cure for this disease in raising funds for the research effort. As a company, we have raised $41,275 to date in honor of Dave and all others affected by this horrific disease. I was very pleased with the Air Conditioning Service we received from Victory. The technician, Al N., fixed a persistent problem with condensation from our A/C which would leak into our dining room. Other technicians from other companies had tried to solve this problem, but unless it was really humid, the problem with the leaking was always sporadic. Al was able to find the source of the problem which required drilling and installing tubing to stop the leak. I couldn’t be happier with the results or the service. .
