I received a call from Victory customer, Marilyn Murphy of Franklin. She called to commend Dave Marsan for the first call to her home for a routine PM. He was professional and courteous.

She needed a second call on her heating system and Gohar was sent out. It was determined the system needed to be purged. She mentioned Gohar went above and beyond in getting this done and she was extremely happy with the service she received from Victory.

I want to thank you for the two people who are on your team.

Gohar is a stellar worker. Not only did he diagnose every situation about our heating and air conditioning system, he educated me on how it worked, how it should work, what to do to improve the performance of the units. He was early for the appointment, arriving before I arrived and thoroughly investigated our units and made the necessary adjustments. Since he had to go in a few locations to test out the functioning of the units, he also corrected the settings to increase the efficiency of the units. He was well presented, dressed neatly, polite, and really likes his job. He is very happy with Victory. It is rare that staff members show love and respect of their Company, and Boss. I look forward to seeing Gohar again and trust that he will always do a great job. Thank you.

Mark is a love. We were lucky enough to have him work on our toilet, and hot water system.

He is a fabulous Plumber. If I had a son, I would want him to be just like Mark. He is very smart, analytical, friendly, polite, well presented and always eager to install, uninstall, and make recommendations. Since we have a Neorest Toto toilet, it is more difficult than a regular toilet. Mark was knowledgeable about the toilet and did all his research on the toilet.Based on his findings, we had to return the toilet to Toto in California and two weeks later,
it was returned and ready for Mark to reinstall it. Without his knowledge, we would have been stumped. In addition, Mark gave us information on a product to use to clean the porcelain, Barkeepers Friend. We purchased it and it works. Mark also replaced a piece
of our hot water copper pipe that had leaked and caused water seepage in our basement ceiling.

These two men are keepers. Our only sadness is that since both men did great work, we may not see them again until we replace all our toilets, thermostats, etc.

Mike, thanks for this email. And thank you for all your help. FYI, I had quotes from two other companies. The first did a good job and actually quoted the same unit and a bit of a better price, which you met. The second company did a terrible job, very unprofessional visit and quote. Plus, they quoted a Samsung unit that would have been too small.

You, on the other hand did a very thorough and professional visit, quote, and everything through and including installation. Your guys (I think one of them was Tony) did an excellent installation job also. They made sure I understood how to operate the unit, and they cleaned up after they were done. I am very satisfied with the Mitsubishi unit, and Victory HVAC. I will be calling every year to set up annual maintenance with you folks.
