I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am after receiving air conditioning service today at my home by one of your technicians, named Matt Beaupre. He is and exemplary role model for all field technicians as he was courteous, knowledgeable, expedient and thorough. I have had two service calls from another company in the past and the problems were never fixed as they could find no reason for my intermittent air conditioning issues. In his thoroughness Matt was able to find the issues with both my units and for the first time in two years my home feels totally air conditioned.
I called last week to place this service call and had great customer service from Dave while he took my information for the scheduled service call. After speaking with Dave I had a feeling that I would be a satisfied customer.
I live in a condo community and will make sure that I let the board members know what a reliable and experienced company you have. It has been a pleasure doing business with your well trained team.

I have been a Victory customer for a number of years and wanted to share my experience as to why I continue to be a Victory customer.
Over the past few years I have had Al service my AC needs and he always does a great and conscientious job. I always feel Al is looking out for me and trying to do the right thing.
Recently I had a new Mitsubishi ductless unit installed by Brian and experienced the very same kind of professionalism. Brian did a great job of level setting what he would be doing and was extremely conscientious.
The sales process was also easy and consistent with Jeff.
I suspect and hope you appreciate these folks as much as I do. They are key differentiators for Victory and the reason I remain a customer.

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to give you some positive feedback on the service call I had on May 22nd. As a new customer, I found scheduling the service call very easy. Other places asked me all kinds of questions I could not answer since the previous owner installed the the air conditioner. The technician Peter came well within the time frame given. He was very thorough, polite and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and was very impressed that he cleaned everything up after he was finished. I would definately recommend your company to friends and family. Thank you.

I contacted Victory through Service Magic on a Saturday afternoon due to a leak. I received a call within 15 minutes of placing my posting. The leak was repaired on Monday. Work was done professionally and timely and for a good price. I was so pleased that I hired them to come back the following day to replace the house's main water valve (proactively) which was operational but aging. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for future plumbing needs.
